This class is designed to give you the basic building blocks to understand what tea is and how to identify its types. This will include a basic tea cupping of white, green, oolong, black and puer varieties. A perfect course for those looking to learn more about this amazing beverage.

Teas for cupping will include: White Peony (Bai Mu Dan), Silver Needles (Bai Hao Yin Zhen), Dragonwell (Longjing), Japanese Sencha, Phoenix Oolong (Mi Lan Xiang), Hairy Crab Oolong (Mao Xie), Golden Yunnan, Organic Nepalese Black Tea, and Loose Leaf Shu Puer.
